A few rules for the beta

These terms cover free testing. They are not the final terms for a paid product and still need legal review.

What you can do

You can install the beta, try it, and send feedback. Do not sell it, repackage it, or repost the installer. Use the release link published by Bench Path Studios.

Machinery can hurt people

A CNC router can cause injury, fire, and property damage. The app is not an emergency stop or a machine guard. Watch every move, keep the real power control in reach, secure the work, and check the preview and G-code. A camera does not make unattended carving safe.

What “beta” means

The software is unfinished, may contain mistakes, and is not hardware-certified. Do not use it for unattended work, promised production results, life-safety work, or machines that have not been tested.

Payment

The 0.1.x beta is free. There is no beta purchase to refund. A paid edition is not available yet.

The installer contains the complete draft warranty and liability terms. Local laws may give you rights that cannot be waived.
